How the claims process works:
After a collision occurs or your vehicle incurs damage in some fashion, you need to contact Scott Auto Body (704-523-4903) and we will begin your paperwork and retrieve your vehicle, transporting it to our repair facility. Then, our knowledgeable claims specialists will work with your insurance company to ensure the damage to your vehicle is repaired expediently, using our efficient repair process.
We will guide you in providing your insurance company will the detailed, accurate information they will want for their documentation and processing.
It helps to have the following information available:
- Who is the insured party? Who else was involved? (if applicable)
- What occurred?
- When and where did it occur?
- Police report information (if applicable)
Payment of original and / or supplemental estimates is based on review and approval by the vehicle owner's insurance company.
